About the Position

Cobalt is seeking a skilled C# Developer to join our cross-functional agile team. As a key member of our team, you will play a primary role in producing high-quality code and solutions while focusing on reusability, reliability, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, including project managers, product owners, customer support, and other developers to drive the success of our product and projects.
  • Participate in all scrum ceremonies, contribute to discussions on product features and client-specific software, and actively work to achieve sprint goals and deliverables.
  • Help maintain transparency by providing updates on tasks and ensuring alignment with the team's overall goals.
  • Work on diverse projects that extend existing codebases, develop new features for Cobalt's CRM-based systems, and cater to specific client requirements.
  • Customize CRM systems to meet unique business needs, integrate with other systems or APIs, and ensure that the software aligns with the client's goals and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science from a respected institution.
  • 4+ years of software development work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience writing business application software.
  • Object-oriented programming knowledge in C#.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits

The C# Developer position pays an annual base salary of $100,000 - $107,500, based on experience, and an annual bonus of up to 10% of the base salary.
