Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our special education team, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support to students with special needs in a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote student success
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Conduct crisis management and de-escalation techniques to ensure student safety
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience working in special education
• RBT certification required
• Excellent classroom management and crisis management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
