**Salary:** $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description:**
The Clinical Pharmacist PRN provides pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring that medication orders are accurate, effective, and safe. This role involves:
- Compounding and dispensing medications and other pharmaceuticals in agreement with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policy.
- Serving as a resource to other healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, pharmacy students, and residents.
- Consulting with nursing, medical staff, and patients about medications, orders, drug and pharmaceutical details, patient reactions, errors, and complaints, and/or the patients' caregivers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- General knowledge of Pharmacy Care modalities, pharmaceutical calculations, therapies, terminology, drug use, and aseptic techniques, standards, medications, and equipment.
- Ability to research, assess, and disseminate information.
- Ability to know, optimize, and document complex processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
