Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deburring Operator to join our team at Recco Products, a leading manufacturer of precision micro-filter systems. As a Deburring Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our manufactured parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections, following work instructions and safety protocols.
  • Use appropriate tooling and equipment to remove burrs and imperfections, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Setup and tear down equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements.
  • Perform designated operations as per drawing/work order requirements, maintaining accurate records of deburring activities.
  • Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and team members to address workflow issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
About the Role

This is a non-exempt, full-time position with a first shift schedule (7:00 am - 3:30 pm). Qualified candidates will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements
  • Must be an American Citizen due to ITAR requirements.
  • Must have at least 20/20 vision with vision correction aides.
  • Must be able to remain seated for extended periods and operate shop resources with arms and hands.
  • Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana.
