Kansas Behavior Supports is a leading provider of in-home ABA services. We are seeking an Autism Care Professional to join our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, developing personalized plans to address behavioral excesses and deficits.
- Supervise ABA programs, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training for parents and caregivers on ABA techniques.
- Lead and supervise Paraprofessionals, ensuring effective delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
- Manage electronic data on client progress using Catalyst.
- Masters Degree in ABA or related field (Special Ed., Child Psych, Psychology, Social Work).
- Completion of Autism Specialist Certificate program.
- Familiarity with clinical assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2).
- Strong leadership, management, and clinical skills; ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.
- Ability to build strong relationships with parents and caregivers.
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Generous hourly rates for Per-diem employees, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth.
