Job Overview

Kansas Behavior Supports is a leading provider of in-home ABA services. We are seeking an Autism Care Professional to join our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, developing personalized plans to address behavioral excesses and deficits.
  • Supervise ABA programs, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide training for parents and caregivers on ABA techniques.
  • Lead and supervise Paraprofessionals, ensuring effective delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
  • Manage electronic data on client progress using Catalyst.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in ABA or related field (Special Ed., Child Psych, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Completion of Autism Specialist Certificate program.
  • Familiarity with clinical assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2).
  • Strong leadership, management, and clinical skills; ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with parents and caregivers.
Compensation and Benefits

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Generous hourly rates for Per-diem employees, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth.
