Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot production disturbances in collaboration with maintenance and production teams.
  • Resolve issues related to process automation and communication systems.
  • Research, develop, and manage work orders to align with business objectives.
  • Conduct maintenance on industrial process automation systems, focusing on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot motor control systems utilizing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • Oversee the maintenance of electrical distribution systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFAs) and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize SAP software for maintenance activities, including notifications and work orders.
  • Provide training and mentorship to maintenance technicians and operational staff.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming platforms, including ladder logic and function block logic.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of various systems including X-Ray measurement, power distribution, and process data acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team settings.
