Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals utilizing established recipes efficiently.
  • Assess food and supply requirements and synchronize meal preparation with serving schedules.
  • Ensure all food items meet or exceed safety and quality standards.
  • Guarantee proper preparation, portioning, and serving of meals as per the menu and recipes, while tasting dishes to ensure quality.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall health compliance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
  • Manage food storage, ensuring proper labeling and dating.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks diligently.
  • Follow all relevant food handling regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Keep accurate records of food safety equipment and temperature logs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous culinary experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
