We are currently seeking dedicated Residential Cleaning Specialists to assist with move-in and move-out cleaning tasks.
The role involves traveling between various units, often covering multiple locations.
This is a part-time position, typically offering between 20 to 30 hours per week.
While hours are flexible and can be coordinated with clients, they generally fall within the range of 6 AM to 4 PM.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license or have reliable transportation to reach the designated locations.
- Background checks may be necessary in certain areas.
- Ability to perform comprehensive move-out cleaning with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing between 30 to 50 pounds and be comfortable navigating stairs.
- A skills assessment will be conducted during the interview process to evaluate cleaning proficiency.
- Fluency in English or the ability to comprehend instructions is essential.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or cleaning is required, along with verified references.
