Job Summary:

TriBar Technologies is seeking a skilled Paint Mixer Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for mixing coatings for all production and sample runs. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix coatings for production and sample runs
• Ensure all coatings and equipment are properly set up
• Handle paint, solvents, and other hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals
• Maintain records of paint usage, VOC information, and paint set-sheets
• Maintain spare parts inventory for paint spray equipment
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
• Basic concepts of algebra and geometry
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists

Working Conditions:
