Job Description

As a key member of the Crest Industries team, the Plant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining written operating procedures for all phases of plant operation, as well as managing the facility in accordance with these procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain written operating procedures for all phases of plant operation
  • Manage facility operations in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
