### Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team at Tradition Senior Living. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Administer medications and supervise medication administration as needed
* Obtain and record residents' vital signs, weight, food, and fluid intake and output
* Observe residents for responses to medications and report any unexpected reactions to the Healthcare Director
* Communicate with physicians' offices and doctors to manage or change orders for residents
* Ensure emergency response systems are answered in a timely manner
* Participate in training and conferences to stay up-to-date on nursing best practices
* Assist with training for direct care staff to ensure compliance with state regulations
* Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
### Requirements
* Minimum one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment preferred
* Current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
* Management experience preferred
