Job Title: Registered Nurse

St. Mary's General Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Float to Telemetry, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health units as needed, maintaining competency in all areas.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS (ARC/AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS (ARC/AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current PALS (ARC/AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
