Fabrication Technician

**About the Job:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Sewer to join our team at Diversified Construction Incorporat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality garments in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines effectively and efficiently to ensure high-quality products.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing to meet industry standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sewing and garment construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines to adapt to different projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately to ensure precision.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining open communication.

Compensation and Schedule:

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with an estimated 5 – 10 hours of work per week. The schedule is flexible, with no weekends required. However, you must be available to work in-person at our Wixom MI location, which requires living within 30 miles.
