We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in San Rafael, California. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Provider Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care to adults experiencing symptoms of behavioral health disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose adults with behavioral health disorders
- Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans to address mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
- Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate client care and ensure timely and accurate completion of medical records
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with focus on Psychiatric nursing
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse in the state of CA
- Valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license in CA
- At least 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders
