About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Church Ministry Director to lead our ministry development efforts. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight and vision to our Children's, Youth, and Adult Ministry staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to organize and follow through with ongoing tasks, as well as a passion for effective discipleship formats. A visionary-minded leader with extensive experience in leading others is required.
About the TeamOur team is passionate about following Jesus and helping others do the same. We recently moved into a brand new 45,000 square foot church building and have grown in attendance from 500 to over 2,000 people over the past three years.
