We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a leader in the healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety by utilizing the five rights of medication administration, preventing falls, and preventing nosocomial infections.
• Provide education to patients and families on medication management, discharge instructions, and other relevant topics.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• 1 year of recent experience in a Critical Care setting or successful completion of a KP Critical Care course.
• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
