Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, creation, and management of project documentation and contract administration.
- Oversee the technical execution from conceptual design through the documentation process alongside your team of designers and engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Designer and Project Manager to ensure successful project realization.
- Manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Conduct quality control research regarding products and construction methods relevant to projects.
- Lead the construction administration process.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, governing authorities, stakeholders, and team members.
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Revit.
- In-depth understanding of building codes and construction as they relate to design and construction services.
- Architectural license is mandatory.
