Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, creation, and management of project documentation and contract administration.
  • Oversee the technical execution from conceptual design through the documentation process alongside your team of designers and engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Designer and Project Manager to ensure successful project realization.
  • Manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Conduct quality control research regarding products and construction methods relevant to projects.
  • Lead the construction administration process.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, governing authorities, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of Revit.
  • In-depth understanding of building codes and construction as they relate to design and construction services.
  • Architectural license is mandatory.
