Nursing Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Faculty member to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Nursing Faculty, you will be responsible for teaching nursing courses, providing clinical practice, and engaging in professional development and scholarship.
Key Responsibilities- Teach nursing courses to students at various levels of education
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and the healthcare industry
- Provide clinical practice and mentorship to students
- Engage in professional development and scholarship to stay current in the field of nursing
- Master's degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred
- Two years of clinical experience in nursing required; two years of teaching experience preferred
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of VA required
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word and instructional technology, required
