Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising counselors and other clinical support staff, overseeing client programs, and providing clinical supervision and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise counselors and other clinical support staff in delivering assessment, substance use disorder education and treatment, and case management to clients.
  • Oversee client programs, evaluating counselors' work performance, auditing client records to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and achieving service delivery objectives.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselors, interpreting and enforcing organizational and facility policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment protocols and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a social science or a related field.
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health, or substance abuse counseling, or equivalent education and life experience.
  • Minimum of 100 hours documented clinical training in counseling theory and practice.
  • Three years of relevant experience, including at least two years of clinical supervision following licensure or certification attainment.
  • Current Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) or Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJAP) or equivalent certification.
