Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care in our chronic hospital and other patient settings.

About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing pulmonary care to patients in accordance with JCAHO, State, Hospital, and Departmental Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the chronic hospital and other patient settings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• MDBPQA Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
• RRT
