Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with Autism

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to children with autism and their families. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and are able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Passionate about helping children with autism
  • Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
