As a Physical Therapist with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a collaborative environment, helping them to enhance their physical abilities and participate fully in school activities.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess students' motor skills and physical needs to develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into educational plans.
- Provide physical therapy services in individual or group settings, adapting to the unique needs of each student.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to help set educational goals and develop strategies for student success.
- Masters degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state PT licensure.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
