About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services Department as a Same Day Surgery Registered Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative patients
  • Assist surgeons in operative procedures and maintain accurate patient records
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
