Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Understand and address customer needs by assisting them in locating, demonstrating, and selecting products.
- Proactively seek out customers to provide support and enhance their shopping experience.
- Respond promptly and knowledgeably to inquiries, guiding customers through store offerings and projects.

2. **Merchandising Excellence:**
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure merchandise resets align with company specifications.
- Work closely with the Merchandising Service team to communicate project priorities and requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to improve project execution and in-store service.

3. **Inventory Management:**
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained, including rotating products and managing displays.
- Identify and address damaged products, ensuring they are removed and processed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate signage and pricing information throughout the store.

4. **Store Maintenance and Safety:**
- Conduct regular reviews of store displays to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
- Participate in housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Report any maintenance issues to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $16.75 per hour, with variations based on experience and qualifications.
