Recreation Director - Activity Coordinator

About the Job

The Recreation Director - Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing activity programs at our facility. This role involves participating in discharge planning, developing and implementing activity care plans and resident assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, be familiar with documentation requirements for Long Term Care, possess leadership ability and motivational skills for effective communication and program development with staff and residents.

We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, comprehensive healthcare benefits, 401k retirement plan, paid time off, opportunities to advance and grow your career, and more.
