This is a unique opportunity to support the USSF Office of the Chief of Human Capital (CHCO) in all functional areas of personnel management. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis of programs and system schemes, developing knowledge management plans, and implementing government directives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to drive innovation in data analysis and knowledge management tools

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, oral presentation, and executive writing skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to plan, work, and deliver independently
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the DC metropolitan area. Additionally, Sigmatech, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting DoD agencies within the past 3 years, as well as familiarity with TMT and/or HQ staffing tools, are preferred but not required.
