Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Pet Care: Ensure the comfort and well-being of our furry guests, including feeding, walking, and providing fresh water and clean living areas.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning living areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with pet owners, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, pet care, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for animals.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk dogs.
