Job SummaryAs a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality processes across the organization, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our Design, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements, and collaborate with our Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including the development of new equipment and tools.
- Work with our Manufacturing team to establish and maintain quality control procedures, including the development of work instructions and training programs.
- Develop and maintain quality control metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Experience with quality control software and systems, including MRP and ERP systems.
