Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project managers and business analysts to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize project backlogs
  • Ensure seamless integration with our Patient Services Call Center and Salesforce Service Cloud
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Project Manager or Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach
  • Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories
  • Proven experience leading technology initiatives related to Service Cloud, Call Center technologies, or Patient Services
  • Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred
