Position Summary

As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will collaborate with a team to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers.

This role is essential in meeting production standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Retail Associate will gain valuable insights into the daily operations of a retail outlet, acquiring skills that are beneficial for a career in retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging in cashiering and providing support on the sales floor.
  • Processing and pricing donations, including clothing, linens, and household items.
  • Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling and pre-sorting of donated goods.
Compensation

External Hiring Range: $12.00/hour

Travel Requirements

No travel is required for this position.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Clearances and Certifications

Candidates must provide a current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
