Job Summary

Chipton-Ross Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process shipping documentation through FedEx and UPS through Company systems.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all shipping and distribution resources to ensure the timely delivery of product in accordance with customer expectations.
  • Assist with the packaging of products.
  • Order supplies to support the overall shipping process.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company safety and quality processes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 - 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, shipping and receiving, freight carrier interface, packaging procedures, and materials (banding, foam-in-place systems, and shipping containers).
  • Computer literacy to include MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented and solid organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Full-Time 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 7:00AM - 3:30PM
