Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in geriatric care
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant licensure
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
  • CPR training and current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
  • Excellent attendance record
Health System-Wide Profile Standards
  • References not required
  • Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties
  • Michigan license verification required for nurses
  • Physical copies of certifications only required for listed specialties
  • Full-time employees of McLaren not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment
Certification Requirements
  • BLS (AHA) certification
State License Requirements
  • Michigan licensure

  • Active licensure at time of submission
