- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment plans.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and supply management.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license and CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
