Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert waxing services while educating clients about our offerings.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products from our extensive line.
  • Inform clients about savings options available through our Wax Passes.
  • Foster a positive work environment by supporting colleagues.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and center sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in various body waxing techniques
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Able to collaborate with a diverse team
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, enjoyable work environment
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest service and building rapport
  • Sales experience is a plus
