We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our public areas and resident rooms.

**Responsibilities**

  • Clean and sanitize public restrooms and resident bathrooms
  • Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, and ledges in resident rooms and recreational areas
  • Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures and remove water marks
  • Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, and entrance/exit ways
  • Clean floors, including sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, and disinfecting
  • Clean carpets, including vacuuming and disinfecting
  • Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing

**Requirements**

  • Minimum six (6) months housekeeping experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
