We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Force1One Merchandising Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences for our clients and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to assigned stores to execute merchandising plans and ensure product is properly displayed and stocked.
- Train and mentor new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
- Communicate effectively with existing staff, prospective candidates, and upper management to ensure seamless execution of plans and projects.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Work closely with the Receiving Department to locate product and ensure timely delivery to the sales floor.
- Pack out product onto shelves and return excess product to the stockroom, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Previous retail experience is required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- The ability to read and understand Planograms is essential.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
