Responsibilities- Personal Care Services: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care needs as designated.
- Dining Support: Assist residents with mealtime, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
- Homemaking Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Health Status Updates: Respond to and report changes in resident health status, and provide recommendations for updates to their care plan.
- Charting and Documentation: Complete thorough and accurate daily charting to ensure resident records are up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional care and services, upholding The Waters' commitment to excellence.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the care team and enhance resident experiences.
- Education: High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Care Experience: One year of experience in nursing or resident assistant care in senior services preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal directions in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.
- Personal Qualities: Possess compassion, a commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and assignments.
