• The estimated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate parts sales transactions, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs, providing clear and concise information about parts availability and pricing.
3. Review and verify estimates to ensure accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
4. Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, meeting their expectations and resolving any concerns.
5. Maintain stock levels, ordering parts and supplies as needed to avoid delays.
6. Notify management of out-of-stock items or other issues that require attention.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in auto parts sales (desired).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Familiarity with safety and maintenance documents, as well as basic math calculations.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
