We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Summit Medical Staffing Allied.

Job Summary

This is a travel position for a Cath Lab Technologist to work in Peoria, Illinois. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hemodynamic concepts, cardiac anatomy and physiology, and the operation of equipment and supplies inherent in cardiac/vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Set up sterile tables with appropriate supplies specific to each procedure performed.
  • Recognize and assist in treatment of any complication arising from cardiac/vascular/EP diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Connect to physiologic monitoring equipment and ensure proper use and function of imaging equipment.
  • Interpret EKGs and recognize arrhythmias, analyze and interpret data specific to device implantation and function.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience.
  • IEMA (Illinois state) License in Rad Technology.
  • BLS (American Heart Assoc.) and ACLS (American Heart Assoc.) certifications.
  • ARRT Registration in Radiology.
