As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions.
  • Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow, and perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager.
  • Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
  • Prefer good computer skills.
  • Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
  • Prefer PTCB certification.
