Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, and assist with minor surgeries.
  • Perform routine exams, vital signs, and other medical procedures as needed.
  • Assist with radiology exams and provide specimen collection and Point of Care Testing (POCT) services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification required.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and computer applications.
