Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our PARTNER program, where you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career growth and become a partner within a short period of time.

As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals and objectives. This includes meeting with clients, maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing customized financial solutions, and analyzing relevant information to provide expert advice.

We offer a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life and annuity products, stocks, bonds, and over 13,000 mutual funds. Our registered representatives have access to a variety of investment products and can offer a sound, long-term investment strategy to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the renewal process and provide competitive quotes to clients.
  • Record policy updates and changes on customer accounts and communicate with clients to explain any updates to their coverage.
  • Answer clients' policy or billing questions and provide explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments.
  • Support clients in reporting claims on current policies by gathering necessary documentation.
  • Meet regularly with agents to stay up-to-date on industry standards, insurance products, current rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers.
Qualifications
  • We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor's degree, but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience.
  • Relevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided if your talents are a good match.
  • Active insurance license in your state or willingness to get licensed within 90 days.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Follow-up skill, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
  • MBA or previous management/team-building experience is required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ambitious, disciplined, and leaders who demonstrate utmost professionalism.
  • Relationship building and networking abilities, exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable and ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • College Degree.
  • J.D. (attorney) or M.B.A. is a strong plus.
  • Sales experience is not required but is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 is a plus (company will pay for sponsorship for the right candidate).
  • Life & Health Insurance License is not required (company will pay for sponsorship).
  • Financial Industry background is a plus, but financial or insurance sales experience is not required.
  • Personal Transportation will be required for this position.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent resident.
