About Us

Swann Clinic for Behavioral Health is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with diverse abilities. Our team of experts delivers applied behavioral analysis therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and individual mental health counseling to neurodiverse children aged 1-7.

Our Approach

We employ a trauma-informed model with assent-based practices, respecting the boundaries and feelings of our learners. Our play-based interventions help children develop valuable skills they can use later in school and life. Our learners engage in crafts, circle time, quiet time, group lunches, music and movement, and other special activities together.

Our Team

Our team is passionate about empowering our learners and each other. We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and our environment is welcoming and supportive. We offer bi-weekly trainings to enhance our skills and knowledge in ABA and other disciplines.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean background check
  • Current RBT credential or willingness to obtain once hired
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Skill with iPads and technology
  • Ability to interact well with children
  • Proficient writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and creativity as time management skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with others
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time (30 minutes or more)
  • Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
  • COVID-19 vaccine is required given the vulnerability of our population.
