The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping us reach this objective.
We are actively seeking full-time Internal/Family Medicine Physicians to provide services at our Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers.
This position offers:
- A full-time schedule with flexible hours, Monday through Friday.
- A supportive environment with comprehensive training and quality assurance feedback for our medical providers.
- All necessary tools and processes to enable you to concentrate on patient care.
As part of a collaborative team that includes the Medical Director, Attending Physician, and Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for admitting, rounding on, and discharging patients in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care at our partner Skilled Nursing Facilities. Your duties will include conducting history and physical exams, performing medical rounds, and providing cross-coverage as needed. You will evaluate patients experiencing changes in their condition and respond to requests from facility staff, while also collaborating with Nurse Practitioners to ensure compliance with all facility and Five Star Physician quality initiatives.
