Job Overview

Sycamore Services is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development department, you will be responsible for securing funding through grants, cultivating donor relationships, and planning impactful events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grant Management:
    • Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals; track and manage grant timelines and outcomes.
  • Donor Relations & Stewardship:
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors, supporting annual fund drives and major gifts.
  • Community Outreach & Marketing:
    • Distribute marketing materials and represent Sycamore Services at local community events, county meetings, and presentations.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate donor and fundraising records, using CRM software to track contributions and event outcomes.
