The Overseas Construction Project Manager will oversee the design and construction initiatives, ensuring effective management of timelines, budget allocations, and daily project supervision. This role involves assessing contractor performance and ensuring seamless integration with on-site teams. The manager will also evaluate and manage requests for project modifications and deliver official weekly updates on project status.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing international design and construction projects.
  • Skilled in utilizing project management tools, specifically Maximo, for data entry and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in monitoring project timelines and financial plans, providing technical support on construction-related matters, guiding design initiatives, and ensuring compliance with maintenance protocols.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including to areas with elevated risk.
  • Capability to prepare Contractor Performance Reports (CPR) upon project completion.
  • Support the client's Contracting Officer (CO) and Technical Representative (COTR) in planning and executing acquisition strategies.
  • Assist in conducting pre-bid and pre-construction site assessments.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities project management in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Maximo or similar project management software.
  • Experience in enhancing project performance, cost efficiency, and scheduling to meet objectives effectively.
  • Knowledge of integrating various systems, including IT, security, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Experience in providing invoicing support to the COTR for payment processing.
  • Understanding of project scheduling methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to conduct design evaluations with clients.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security evaluation and may need to fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation at Booz Allen is based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is between $60,400 and $137,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing your contributions.
