Audiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at HearingLife, a national hearing care company dedicated to delivering life-changing hearing health solutions.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Corpus Christi, TX, offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential of $175k.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Grow patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Perform hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate patients on best practices.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics.
- Develop physician relationships and participate in local community outreach initiatives.
- Counsel patients on hearing aid purchases and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Active Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or equivalent industry experience as a licensed.AuD.
