We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nursing Unit Supervisor at Lopatcong Center - Phillipsburg, NJ. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, with an emphasis on limiting the use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- $2,500 Sign-on BONUS for Full-Time
- $1,250 Sign-on BONUS for Part-Time
