About the Opportunity
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 per year. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Customer Service Representative and possess excellent communication and computer skills. Additionally, they should have knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Assist with daily Life & Health department activities
  • Interfacing with insurance companies on claims and premium payments
  • Plan open enrollment meetings
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have an active Texas Department of Insurance Group 1 license, excellent communication and computer skills, and prior experience as a Customer Service Representative. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), is also required.
