Responsibilities:
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will deliver specialized physical therapy services tailored to the unique needs of children. Your role will encompass:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of clients.
- Providing direct therapeutic interventions and guidance to enhance mobility and functional independence.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for children and their families.
- Creating, implementing, and adjusting individualized care plans that reflect the developmental goals and conditions of each child.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Maine.
- A current CPR certification.
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
